1、認(rèn)真貫徹實行國家和有關(guān)省市安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)定以及“安全第一、預(yù)防為主”的方針，堅持“管理生產(chǎn)必須管安全”的原則，落實安全崗位責(zé)任制，強(qiáng)化安全管理，嚴(yán)酷遵守操作規(guī)程，杜絕違章指揮和操作。
