原因分析 Reason:
(1)混凝土、砂漿施工質(zhì)量不良,存在微孔滲透;

堵漏措施 Plugging measures:
(1)拆除飾面材料,暴露滲水部位,涂刷屋頂防水涂料。除純丙烯酸屋頂防水涂料外,通常都要求配合防水聚酯布進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。

(2)如有開裂征象,則應(yīng)對裂縫進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)屋頂防水處理;貼縫法:對細(xì)小的發(fā)絲裂縫,可刷屋頂防水涂料并加貼防水聚酯布,作屋頂防水處理;填縫法:若較顯明的裂縫,要進(jìn)行擴(kuò)縫處理(北京設(shè)計(jì)),將縫擴(kuò)展成15 ×15mm左右的V型槽,在清理干凈后(河南人事考試),刮填屋頂防水涂料或嵌縫材料;填縫加貼縫:除采用填縫法處理外,在縫外觀再涂刷屋頂防水涂料,并粘貼防水聚酯布處理。亦可不拆除飾面,直接在其外觀刷涂純丙烯酸屋頂防水涂料。
